CloudHQ’s first Chicagoland campus is located on the former United Airlines headquarters in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The historic site has been transformed from a corporate office park into a state-of-the-art data center ready hyperscale campus ready for immediate development.
The onsite substation, currently under construction, will provide up to 300 MWs of critical IT load by mid 2025, with runway to an additional 300MW. The campus has significant access to high-density fiber and carriers. The site is fully entitled, graded, and ready for data center building construction.
