Campus Overview
FRA1-2 Campus
CloudHQ’s first Frankfurt campus is located in the heart of the Frankfurt metro, in the municipality of Offenbach. The campus offers two 50MW+ critical IT Load buildings, both fully permitted and powered by a new 110 kV on-site substation. CloudHQ has invested in building diverse fiber duct infrastructure from the campus to two interconnection points, offering hyperscale capacity to the core metro market.
FRA3-6 Campus
CloudHQ’s second Frankfurt area campus is strategically located to the west of the Frankfurt metro on the Höchst campus and offers a 300 MW on-site utility connection enabling 218 MW of critical IT load. The site is equidistant to the established Sossenheim and Hattersheim locations, offering less than 10 km (6.2 miles) fiber distances to each interconnection point. The campus is well served via multiple fiber paths to both locations, offering significant redundancy and low latency round trips. There is masterplan flexibility for FRA4 and FRA5.
FRA7 Campus
In support of our customers’ growing demand for hyperscale data center options in the Frankfurt metro market, CloudHQ is continuing our Frankfurt area expansion with our FRA7 data center, located less than 1,500 meters (5,000 feet) from our FRA1-2 campus.
The 90 megawatt three-story data center is planned to begin development in 2027 and enter service in 2029 and will be built and operated to LEED Gold certification. Furthering our commitment to sustainability, the campus will include approximately 1,950 SM of solar panels and provide 50 megawatts of waste haste to EVO.
